Specifications
ETS design and specification services encompass several specialty areas. The first involves the design and specification of fabric filter systems and related components such as bag and fabric specification. While probably best known for our work with baghouse systems, we also have extensive first hand experience with all major air pollution control equipment including electrostatic precipitators, dry and wet scrubbers, and equipment to control volatile organic emissions. Included among our design/specification projects are:
- Bag Selection and Specification
- Baghouse Design and Specification
- Baghouse Upgrade Specification
- Baghouse Product Line Design
- FGD System Design and Specification
- ESP Upgrade Specification
ETS has provided many of our clients with bag drawings that include material, dimensional, and fabrication specifications. The drawing package also includes specifications of minimal acceptance levels for fabric permeability, tensile strength, flex strength, and burst strength. In the case of a pulse jet bag, cage fabrication specifications and bag to cage fit details are included. ETS has also provided clients with baghouse system designs and specifications.
Amplification of these projects as well as information on additional design/specification projects are provided on the Consulting/Design Case Studies page.
