(2/2/2015) After the passing of Theron Grubb, President of Grubb Filtration Testing Services Inc., a highly ethical and competent competitor of ETS Inc., ETS was offered the opportunity to acquire the assets of Grubb Filtration. ETS accepted this opportunity with regret for Mr. Grubb’s passing and respect for his work. Acquisition of these assets has allowed ETS to expand, increase, and streamline the testing capabilities of its fabric filter laboratory.
