Fabric Filter Testing Laboratory
![Meeting3[1] ETS, Inc. Headquarters](https://etsi-inc.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/ETSBldg1.jpg)
ETS has established a complete, independent fabric filter laboratory dedicated to fabric, dust and new/used fabric filter bag testing. The laboratory has been serving industry for almost 50 years, and has conducted thousands of fabric filter bag analyses both for baghouse suppliers and users. Clients have used this service for new baghouse applications, new bag quality assurance programs, and used bag troubleshooting. Used fabric filter bag testing can detect causes of:
- High or unstable pressure drop
- Excessive emissions
- Unacceptable fabric filter bag life
- Increased fabric filter bag failures
ETS is also equipped with a pilot plant pulse jet baghouse on our premises. This on-site pilot plant allows us to perform research and development testing, in-house testing of fabric filters for comparison purposes prior to a purchase decision, or testing of fabric filters for troubleshooting. The pilot plant gives us the flexibility to test bags using a standard dust or dust provided to us by our clients, while controlling dust loading and pulse cleaning parameters.
Please visit our Fabric Filter Testing, Fabric Filter Pilot Plants, or Testing Case Studies pages for more detailed information.
